Herbal Consultation Disclaimer and Client Acknowledgment

I am a professional Master Herbalist and am not a licensed medical doctor or other licensed healthcare provider. The information and recommendations provided during my consultations are intended solely to support general health and wellness. They are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

You should continue to work with your primary healthcare provider and other qualified healthcare professionals regarding your health concerns and treatment decisions. Before using any herb, supplement, preparation, or recommendation discussed during a consultation, inform your healthcare provider of all medications, supplements, and herbs you currently use or plan to use.

Herbs and supplements may cause side effects, allergic reactions, individual sensitivities, contraindications, or interactions with prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, other supplements, or existing health conditions. These risks should be reviewed with your healthcare provider before you begin, discontinue, or change any health-related product or treatment.

By choosing to use information or recommendations provided through my consultations, you acknowledge that you have been advised to obtain approval from your healthcare provider beforehand. You accept responsibility for decisions made without that approval and understand that I am not responsible for adverse outcomes arising from a failure to seek appropriate medical guidance.
